Maen Karne who are the South West’s leading independent supplier of bagged and loose aggregate across several sites, have put their trust in us to continue providing them with quality bagging and palletising equipment.

Over the years Maen Karne have acquired several packing lines, one of the most recent being our flagship BAC-600M, this is semi-automatic pre-built mobile bagging system housed in a shipping container, a modular system which can be customised to suit all customer requirements. A typical system will include 12 Ton Infeed hopper with conveyor infeed, bag clamp with integrated weighing, continuous heat sealer and bag preparation conveying delivering the bag perfectly to the robot palletiser.  Automatic Pallet dispensing and pallet conveying allows the seamless loading of pallets without operator intervention. Filled pallets are then ejected from the line via speed door that opens to allow the pallet to pass onto free running conveying ready for the pallet to be off loaded.

Container comes complete with its own compressor to deliver the correct air supply and a heating system keeping the operator in a warm environment.  These systems can run many different types of products and sack weights ranging from 5kg-50kg with a very quick and easy change over.
