Bulk Automation Installs Rear Loading Bulk Bagger (BAB-180R) for Stone Supplies (Wales) Ltd

This summer, Bulk Automation Ltd successfully completed the installation of a new Rear Loading Bulk Bagger (BAB-180R) for Stone Supplies (Wales) Ltd at their busy operation in Cardiff Docks.

Stone Supplies (Wales) Ltd are a long-established supplier of decorative stone, construction aggregates, sand, gravel and topsoil across South Wales and beyond. From their base at Cardiff Docks, they serve both the trade and retail sectors, offering a wide range of high-quality products with an emphasis on reliability and customer service. As demand continues to grow, the business has invested heavily in its infrastructure to improve efficiency and keep pace with customer needs.

The BAB-180R rear-loading bulk bagging system is designed for maximum throughput and ease of use. Compact yet robust, the system allows operators to feed and fill bulk bags with precision while streamlining material flow. Built for high-demand environments like aggregate and minerals, the BAB-180R integrates seamlessly with pallet lines and hoppers, delivering increased efficiency and reduced handling times.

Following installation, Stone Supplies (Wales) Ltd is now operating two bulk hoppers and one pallet line, giving their plant greater flexibility and capacity during peak periods.
