Vertical Packaging Machine
The MF 52 vertical packaging machine is an automatic machine designed to realise small and medium formats. Fitted with brushless servo-motors, it can reach high production speeds and adapts to all industrial applications that require fast and consistent production.
Depending on the type of product, it can be combined with volumetric or weight dosing machines. Complete with a Multi-head electronic scale, it is a vertical packaging machine ideal for products with particular characteristics in terms of fragility and flow speed, such as pet food, pasta, baked products, vegetables, snacks etc.
If coupled with a rotating cup volumetric dosing machine, it becomes an ideal packaging machine for granular products, such as granulated sugar, cornflour,cereals, legumes, washing powders etc.
Starting from a reel of flat sheet, the MF 52 packaging machine can make a wide range of formats and types of bags. Filling can take place in a modified atmosphere.
